Since its founding in 1977, Thatch & Hooper, LLP, formerly the Law Offices of Gregory D. Thatch, has represented clients throughout California in a multitude of land use, real estate, environmental, and public agency matters. The firm’s client list includes many of the most significant land developers, homebuilders, commercial developers, and financial institutions in the state, as well as numerous local governments. The A-V-rated firm has represented clients in many of the region’s most complex and controversial development matters.
